February 16th, the Tampa Bay RPC hosted a regional transportation summit entitled “Innovations in Transportation”. More than 200 people attended from the Tampa Bay Region. Featured speakers included the Federal Highway Administration Division Administrator, James Christian, Florida District 7 Secretary Paul Steinman and Executive Director of the San Diego Association of Governments, Gary Gallegos as well as MPOs and Transit Authorities CEOs. Transportation funding and technological innovations were discussed throughout the day.
