The Florida Regional Councils Association (FRCA) serves as the umbrella organization for Florida’s 10 Regional Planning Councils (RPCs). FRCA assists RPCs in strengthening partnerships with federal, state, and local governments to ensure community resiliency, economic prosperity, and emergency preparedness. The Association strives to improve the consistency and quality of RPC programs statewide ensuring added value to state, regional and local initiatives.
